The Morgan Punch bag swivel and dual S hooks is a swivel that is recommended for lighter bags. Designed to be used in conjunction with chains or applied to a punching bag that may be hanging on a punch bag bracket or free standing punch bag unit. Made from powder coated steel, 360-degree rotational swivel and 2 x S hooks makes it ideal for smaller training spaces and lighter bags
