Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains where ManGo Sports delivers, how shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown, and what to do if a delivery does not go as expected.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Product, carrier and destination restrictions may apply. If an item cannot be delivered to your address, checkout will normally prevent the order or our team will contact you before fulfilment.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted when supported by the product and carrier. Bulky or heavy products require a physical street address.

Shipping charges

Available delivery services and charges are calculated at checkout from the products in your cart and the delivery address. The checkout total is the amount payable for the selected service unless we identify an obvious pricing or technical error before dispatch.

Bulky, heavy or remote-area deliveries may have different rates or limited carrier options. Any unavoidable additional charge will be disclosed and must be accepted before the order is dispatched.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared on business days. Processing time can vary for specially prepared or bulky products. Any product-specific processing information will be shown on the product page or advised after ordering. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

ManGo Sports manages order dispatch through a multi-location network. If an order contains items held at more than one dispatch location, it may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. We will provide tracking details for each parcel where tracking is available.

Processing and delivery may take longer during sales, product launches, public holidays, severe weather or other high-volume periods.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery date or time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, remote-area services, customs processing, severe weather, access problems and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Use the tracking link supplied after dispatch for the latest carrier update where tracking is available.

Bulky and heavy items

Punching bags, gym equipment and other bulky products may use a specialised freight service, require a physical street address, have restricted delivery areas, arrive separately from smaller items or require someone to be available to accept delivery.

Inspect bulky parcels when they arrive. If the packaging or product appears damaged, photograph it before use and contact us promptly.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.

Tracking, late or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated or the parcel is later than the carrier's estimate:

  1. Check the tracking link and any delivery card or carrier message.
  2. Check around the delivery location and ask other people at the address.
  3. Contact the carrier if the tracking page offers that option.
  4. Contact ManGo Sports with your order number if you still need help.

We will coordinate with the carrier and the relevant dispatch team to investigate. Carrier investigations can take time and may require a declaration or supporting information from the recipient.

Damaged deliveries

If an item or parcel arrives damaged:

  • Keep the product, packaging and shipping label.
  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging, label, internal protection and damage.
  • Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number.

This helps us assess the issue and raise a delivery claim where needed. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this process.

Questions
